Garden-to-Table Salsa: A Fresh Garden Delight!
Ingredients

10 cups tomatoes, chopped & let them drain

1 cup red onion, chopped

1 cup yellow onion, chopped

3-4 Jalapeños, seeded & chopped

3-4 medium banana peppers, chopped

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 can green chilies
-
6 ounce can tomato paste
-
1 1/2 cups vinegar
-
4-6 Tablespoons lime juice, to taste

1 Tablespoon sea salt
-
1 Tablespoon granulated sugar

4-6 Tablespoons fresh cilantro
-
2 Tablespoons ground cumin
-
1 Tablespoon hot sauce (if you like)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
