Garden-to-Table Salsa: A Fresh Garden Delight!

Ingredients
  • 10 cups tomatoes, chopped & let them drain

  • 1 cup red onion, chopped

  • 1 cup yellow onion, chopped

  • 3-4 Jalapeños, seeded & chopped 

  • 3-4 medium banana peppers, chopped

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 can green chilies

  • 6 ounce can tomato paste

  • 1 1/2 cups vinegar

  • 4-6 Tablespoons lime juice, to taste

  • 1 Tablespoon sea salt

  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar

  • 4-6 Tablespoons fresh cilantro

  • 2 Tablespoons ground cumin

  • 1 Tablespoon hot sauce (if you like)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
