Radish Flatbread

Ingredients
  • Naan or pita bread

  • 1-2 radishes, cut into thin slices

  • 1 green onion, finely chopped

  • Cream Cheese, can be original, low fat or whipped (whatever you prefer)

  • Flakey sea salt, optional

Instructions
  1. Toast naan in toaster or warm in microwave. Spread cream cheese on naan. Sprinkle with flakey sea salt if desired.

  2. Top with radishes & green onions.
