Roasted Radishes
Ingredients

1 pound radishes, stems removed

1 Tablespoon melted butter

½ teaspoon sea salt

⅛ teaspoon black pepper

⅛ teaspoon dried parsley

⅛ teaspoon dried chives

2 garlic cloves, finely minced

Ranch dressing, drizzled on top (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Remove leaves stems and wash thoroughly. Trim ends from radishes. Slice radishes into quarters.
Combine radishes, melted butter, salt, pepper, parsley and chives in a 9x13 baking dish. Toss until the radishes are evenly coated. Spread the radishes into a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and toss well. Bake for 10 additional minutes.
Toss the radishes a third time and bake for 10 additional minutes until radishes are golden brown and easily pierced with a fork.
If desired, serve with ranch dressing drizzled on top (optional).
